but to most people… their YOU is based on past events or EVEN MORE SO their present reality or their present and current circumstances…
this is the VICTIM or VICTIM MODE.
I am going to give a ton of examples Today and most are not even aware they are doing this or even understand they are operating from their VICTIM MODE.
It’s not a bad thing it’s just what it is and with that said you can CHOOSE to learn to teach your body to spend more time Your VICTORY MODE than in VICTIM MODE!
So whether you know this or not… whether you fully understand this yet or not…
if you are investing most of your time focusing on a past event past events or even the PRESENT REALITY about what someone else said or did or how they made YOU FEEL or your current un-wanted circumstances -
YOU are in VICTIM mode
And in VICTIM mode it makes it much much much harder to achieve and experience your biggest dreams and most ambitious goals. PERIOD.
I want to highly suggest and
highly recommend is you learn to SHIFT into VICTORY MODE not now but RIGHT now…
And Your VICTORY Formula is about allowing yourself to learn to do this ON PURPOSE
I want to show YOU how to make your SHIFT intentionally… and deliberately.

I can't understand or comprehend why we were never taught this STUFF during the many years we spent in school!
VICTORY MODE is about defining YOUR VISION of the FUTURE to Enhance YOU.

this is VICTIM MODE
They're in their PAST or stuck in their present reality!

The person who's waiting for the success to allow themselves to experience the feeling of empowerment is in their past or stuck in their present reality!
this is VICTIM MODE
The person who's waiting for their healing to feel their wholeness is in their past or stuck in their present reality!
and this is VICTIM MODE
The person who's waiting for their riches to come to allow themselves to experience the feeling of gratitude… they're in their past or stuck in their present reality!
and this is VICTIM MODE
WHEN THIS HAPPENS THEN I WILL BE HAPPY
WHEN THIS HAPPENS THEN I WILL BE GRATEFUL
WHEN THIS HAPPENS THEN I WILL BE satisfied
in other words, you have to feel empowered NOW in order for your success to show up.
this is VICTORY MODE
IMAGINE - Your biggest DREAMS and your biggest GOALS. Want YOU more than you want them!

Feel the gratitude and abundance for your wealth NOW
so your wealth can find you

AND THIS! is where you want to focus and where you want to be ON PURPOSE!
THIS formula will automatically even enhance every area of your life in ways you may not even be able to IMAGINE right now…
And you now become a MAGNET that will attract your most AMAZING Goals and DREAMs.
IN VICTIM MODE which is unfortunately where MOST people are…
most people WAIT or WISH or SEEK for something OUTSIDE of them to change how they FEEL inside of them. this is VICTIM MODE
And when something OUTSIDE of them changes how they feel inside of them they pay attention to whoever or whatever caused that FEELING and they create a memory of it.
that's the old model of reality of cause and effect. and this is VICTIM MODE
Waiting for something OUTSIDE of you to take your pain away inside of you.
this is VICTIM MODE
Waiting for something OUTSIDE of you to make you feel better inside of you.
this is VICTIM MODE
Waiting for something OUTSIDE of you to impact emotions inside of you.
this is VICTIM MODE
Waiting for something OUTSIDE of you to bring happiness inside of you.
this is VICTIM MODE
You know as soon as I have 10,000 in the BANK, am i ever going to FEEL GOOD
this is VICTIM MODE
You know as soon as I lose 10 or 15 lbs… am i ever going to FEEL HEALTHY
this is VICTIM MODE
You know as soon as I find a life partner, am i ever going to BE HAPPY
this is VICTIM MODE
You know as soon as I my children behave the way I want them to, am i ever going to BE SATISFIED!
this is VICTIM MODE
You know as soon as I get to go on my dream vacation, am i ever going to BE ABLE TO RELAX
this is VICTIM MODE
that's the OLD model of reality of cause and effect. and it does not produce long-lasting results EVER!
because its the VICTIM MODE
The new model of reality is about deliberately and intentionally CAUSING the EFFECT and not waiting for the EFFECT to show up in order for you to feel good NOW!
and that means you have to feel gratitude NOW for your new experience to find you. YOU ARE THE MAGNET!
this is VICTORY MODE
You can no longer wait for your success to feel empowered BECAUSE waiting for something to occur outside of you to give yourself permission to FEEL GOOD
is the VICTIM MODE
Feel empowered NOW - have that feeling INSIDE of you NOW to create the success feeling in advance now
you can choose to move into a new state of beginning to create the life that you really want ON PURPOSE! and
this is the VICTORY MODE
Create your VICTORY!
DELIBERATELY with your OWN INTENTION and that’s INSPIRING!
CAN YOU FEEL IT?
TAKE A DEEP BREATH and

You don’t have to MASTER this right now but JUST GET the concept and the idea that ITS POSSIBLE to feel good now in advance of having something outside you show up!
This is your VICTORY!
Because when you bring up a powerful FEELING you will see your vision more clearly!
Today I am going to give you a few SIMPLE but POWERFUL exercises to help you learn to TEACH your body to get into your VICTORY MODE
and your goal every day is to stay in VICTORY MODE longer and longer and LONGER… ON PURPOSE!
At first, you maybe able to intentionally remain in VICTORY MODE for 5 seconds and tomorrow 10 seconds and next week 1 minute then 2, and 5 or 10 minutes and you keep TEACHING your body every day 5 MINUTES per day and sooner or later VICTORY MODE becomes ALL YOU KNOW and all you want!
and the VICTIM MODE will one day feel STRANGE and most unwanted and not welcomed. But YOU will need to PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE!
Today Victim mode is what most people only know.
Its a HABIT and its sadly comfortable for most.
So HOW HOW HOW! I hear you!
You will learn HOW to TODAY…
and when you do learn HOW
and you start learning to teach your body how to recognize it
and you combine your MOTIVATION and INSPIRATION on WHY you want to purposefully stay in VICTORY MODE
you will produce results that will AMAZE you and INSPIRE people around you…
When this happens.. for you… your actions will inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, and now you are the leader!
No matter what your background, skin colour, age, experience or how much money you currently have sitting in the bank or how much GOLD you have accumulated in the VAULTS… None of that matters.
IF your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader!

Look at Martin Luther King he talked about JUSTICE and then got enough people inspired that they felt empowered enough to do something about it!
He created a MOVEMENT with his POWERFUL VISION of the FUTURE! He did this on PURPOSE and it was his deliberate INTENTION…
Everyday People - came out of their resting state and began to join his movement
Here is the good news…
you share the same brain as Martin Luther King and being defined by a VISION of the FUTURE begins to change an entire culture so the future then is created by 2 things REMEMBER?
Here are the 2 THINGS
ONE
1) a VISION or a MISSION or a PURPOSE or an INTENTION or better yet a DELIBERATE INTENTION
TWO
With a STRONG and POWERFUL - FEELING or EMOTION
You MUST combine both…
Now listen closely -
you have to develop in your INNER environment of thoughts and feelings and
You need to GET Yourself beyond YOUR PAST and PRESENT reality YOU
and feel your FUTURE SELF not NOW but RIGHT now!
And this is a FUN and powerful thing to practice!
When you start CARING and focussing on the GOOD FEELING about your FUTURE and bring those feelings to you NOW!
And make this work of FEELING GOOD NOW more important than focussing on your PAST or Present CIRCUMSTANCES you are in VICTORY MODE!
That's what this episode is all about. The VICTORY Formula and how to enter your VICTORY MODE!
now - I’ve studied motivation for many many years and read hundreds of books on motivation, inspiration with the best of the best and i can tell you without a doubt that the highest form of motivation I know is what's called inspired motivation purpose motivation duty motivation vision motivation or mission motivation.
You know what that is?
It’s to HAVE a VISION to ENHANCE a FUTURE that's bigger than you!
and to instil even a small change in the world.
Look at Elon Musk he created an electric car that can go from zero to sixty in less than five seconds.
Before Elon and (TELSA cars)
electric cars were like golf carts that crawled along the road.
And he said something like…
“Im gonna do this
and I don't know HOW I’m gonna do it
but I have a VISION and I’m gonna get the best engineers in the world.
I’m gonna get a group of people to share the same VISION as me
I’m going to change the world by changing our reliance on oil and I am going to make a difference in the world and I am going to make a lot of money… why not?
AND at that time most people said NO that's not possible
BUT guess what?
he held on to HIS vision of the future and he made it clearer, stronger, brighter bigger… no matter what others around him said.
And I do not know Elon, and I have never met him but I can confidently imagine - that he ate, slept, drank, dreamed most of his minutes and hours, days, weeks months and years on this SAME VISION until it was realized!
JUST LIKE HE PRACTICED his VISION OVER AND OVER and OVER again
as time went on it only got stronger and clearer just as your vision of your YOU will too!
He became a man on a MISSION and got others to TRUST him just enough to begin DREAMING BIGGER! and to understand the 2 most powerful words in the English language… ITS POSSIBLE!
No matter what your VISION of the FUTURE YOU that you want to develop remember these 2 words… IT’s POSSIBLE take a deep breath and say it out loud if you can… Its POSSIBLE!
a While back Motor Trend magazine never rated a car even close to a 100 they rated the Elon’s TESLA car 103.
WHAT? Repeat…
It's the best car on the road TODAY and it relies on no gas at all
That's a VISION of the future
high motivators are some people who have a VISION bigger than themselves that are going to change the world and make a difference in an entire culture.
That's the highest form of motivation I know from studying people who have purpose motivation have a VISION that's bigger than they are…
But what if you focused on the VISION of the YOU you want to CREATE?
What if you focused on the VISION about the good feelings your VICTORIES would bring to you and
What if you gave yourself permission to experience those exact feelings right NOW?

The HIGHEST LEVEL of KNOWLEDGE or WISDOM you may be able to IMAGINE right now maybe another person’s level one of an infinite amount of levels of KNOWLEDGE or WISDOM…
Your PERSONAL VISION or MISSION or PURPOSE or INTENTION or better yet DELIBERATE INTENTION signifies a DIRECTION…
One of my My PERSONAL VISIONS or MISSIONS or PURPOSE or INTENTION or DELIBERATE INTENTION is to introduce a Million individuals to the VICTORY BOOK concept and the VICTORY FORMULA in order to help transform our changing world
1 person at a time and one family at a time
and i'm clear on that purpose and it gets me FIRED UP in the morning every single day.

And we are going to do this with an investment of 5 MINUTES EACH DAY…
AFTER 5 MINUTES you WILL Be in VICTORY MODE and your GOAL is to STAY there for as long as possible as you continue your day-
Let’s say on day one you can stay there for 5 seconds GREAT the next day try to stay for 10 seconds or longer and every day do your best to stay in your VICTORY MODE longer and longer and longer every day…
You might ask well how will I know if I am in my VICTORY MODE?
ANSWER - YOU WILL KNOW because you will absolutely FEEL it! It FEELS like VICTORY!
We are going to do 2 exercises right now that will help you learn to TEACH your body how to recognize your VICTORY MODE. If this is uncomfortable at first don't worry it gets better, better and better every time you PRACTICE!
Before we start the exercises I need to bring up the elephant in the room and the elephant in the room I am referring to is your SLF TALK your SELF CHATTER…
Did you know that we all talk to ourselves during every waking minute at the rate of 300 words per minute?
YES and I can prove it… During this whole entire EPISODE, I know you have been talking to yourself at around 300 words per minute you have not STOPPED even as you were listening to me…
I can guess you are now asking yourself if it even possible that you talk to yourself at a whopping 300 words per minute you are saying things like I winder if that TURE and so on..
99% of people spend their entire LIFETIME and do not ever realize they are talking to themselves ALL the time but they are and so are you right now…
Now here is my QUESTION!
What are you SAYING to YOURSELF?
Are you talking mostly as a VICTIM are you even comforting the VICTIM within you right now ? or talking mostly as a VICTOR most of the time?
This is scary EH?
Well, now you know. THINK about it!
What I would like to do now is introduce you to a SiMPLE and powerful exercise that will help you to teach yourself how to talk more like a VICTOR and reduce or better yet, eliminate the VICTIM TALK… this can happen over time and will not happen in a day or 2 so you MUST intentionally practice practice practice this as much as you can!
the good news is it’s FREE and
you can do this on purpose almost anytime you like, 24/7 wherever you are and no matter what you are doing because you will be talking to yourself as usual but YOU will be doing this on PURPOSE! not on autopilot…
Sometimes thoughts will POP up you cannot control and always let those thoughts go and do NOT grab them especially when you realize they are VICTIM thoughts.. Just let them go …
YOU can learn to control HOW you respond to those thoughts as they pop up now that you are focused there.
We are never TAUGHT how to manage or how to respond to the useless thoughts that pop up.
In a minute I am going to begin to give you many examples of things you will want to say to yourself on PURPOSE over and over so you can learn to TEACH your body there is another way…
These are EXAMPLES only and once you get the concept or idea here you can substitute for anything that empowers you and makes you feel good
IF you are developing your VICTORY BOOK then you can also substitute anything you hear me say with any of your PERSONAL goals and DREAMS you have already written down in your book.
JUST MAKE SURE you apply the 3 P Formula and if you do not know about the 3 P formula you will learn this in Victory Book Episode
PERSONAL PRESENT and POSITIVE
In the next few minutes if you can REPEAT after me each time at least once or twice - out loud
the STRONGer and more POWERFUL - FEELING or EMOTION. the better
If you are not in a position to REPEAT the words out loud then just repeat the words to yourself and again
the STRONGer and more POWERFUL - FEELING or EMOTION. the better
Once you get the hang of it you can build your own system but for now even if this is uncomfortable and NOT NORMAL just do it and begin the process of learning to TEAC your body there is another way… DO THIS ON PURPOSE and do this intentionally and here we GO…

This is the 5 MINUTES a day for YOU and ONLY YOU!

IMAGINE a FUTURE YOU celebrating a VICTORY!
A VICTORY that is important for you…
It could be a GOAL you have a DREAM you have but IMAGINE yourself celebrating because you ACHIEVED something you were wanting to BE DO or HAVE!
It’s your dream it’s your VISION and the GOAL is to imagine how it would FEEL knowing that it’s DONE! and it’s time to celebrate!
IF and when you get GOOSEBUMPS what ever PICTURE you are seeing there FREEZE IT AND in your MINDS EYE make it BIGGER and BIGGER and MUCH BIGGER and then Fill it with colour and then more colour and NOTICE how you FEEL!
Notice how you FEEL NOW
Its this good FEELING of accomplishing this goal or dream you have brought to your QUIET PLACE - that is the TARGET!
CLUE! It will feel AMAZING!
IMAGINE the FEELINGS of JOY, HAPPINESS, the GRATITUDE the FEELINGS that your VISION of the FUTURE that has already been ACHIEVED and IMAGINE the FEELINGS that come to you…NOW.
All the way through this process make your picture of your amazing good feeling FUTURE bigger and brighter… If at anytime a NEGATIVE thought pops up just let it go on purpose and DECIDE to get back to the PICTURE you are creating and make it even bigger and brighter again and allow yourself to feel the feeling of achieving your VICTORY NOW.

The more amazing your future VISION, the more Good Feelings come to you, the better you feel about your Vision the MORE you are learning to TEACH your body how VICTORY feels….

after 5 MINUTES
Take 10 Gentle Deep BREATHS then open your eyes SMILE BIGGER and GO on with your day.
Hold this good feeling as long as possible.
Do not worry if you lose the feeling good part after 5 or 10 minutes because tomorrow you will do it again and your objective will be to maintain the good feeling for a little longer and even longer the next day and so on…
During the rest of the day, your work is to look around for things YOU WANT TO BE, DO or HAVE and just make mental notes to bring those desires with you to your QUIET place the next day…
Maybe it’s a Vacation or a beautiful house or the perfect Job or business or relationship, or a car or a certain amount of money or Gold you have available… Just accumulate the things you want to do, be, or have and then insert these into your 5 Minute PRACTICE the next day. And go CELEBRATE your VICTORY!
Keep this SIMPLE! 5 Minutes a day and WATCH what happens!
